I met Shelby during Covid when I was searching for outdoor yoga after going a little stir crazy at home. Teacher training had already been on my mind, and after one class with her, I knew I loved her energy and style. When I asked about getting certified, she told me she was starting a training the very next week it just felt meant to be.

Where is Jupiter Yoga located?

Jupiter Yoga is located at 590 US Highway 1, Tequesta, FL 33469, in County Line Plaza, just minutes from Jupiter, Jupiter Island, Hobe Sound, Palm Beach Gardens, and Juno Beach. You’ll find us next to Rocky’s Ace Hardware and just a short walk from Starbucks, Rancho Chico, and Publix, making it easy to grab a coffee or run errands before or after class. Free parking is available throughout County Line Plaza, with convenient access just steps from the studio entrance. 

Do I need yoga experience to attend a class?

Not at all! Jupiter Yoga is a beginner-friendly studio, and we love welcoming students who are brand new to yoga. Whether it’s your very first class or you’re returning after time away, our goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident from the moment you walk through the door.

Our experienced teachers offer modifications, props, and clear guidance throughout class so you can practice at your own pace. You’ll find beginners practicing alongside seasoned yogis in a friendly, encouraging community where everyone is welcome. 

Do you offer heated and non-heated yoga classes?

Yes. Jupiter Yoga offers both heated and non-heated classes, including vinyasa, power yoga, yoga sculpt, yin, Vin Yin, restorative yoga, Mysore and Ashtanga. Check the class description before booking to see whether the room is heated. 

What should I bring to my first yoga class?

Bring a yoga mat, water and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. A towel is also recommended for heated classes. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so you have time to settle in.

How do I book a yoga class?

View our online class schedule, select the class you would like to attend and reserve your space through our booking system. Advance registration is recommended, especially for popular classes and special events.


Does Jupiter Yoga offer outdoor yoga?

Yes. Jupiter Yoga offers outdoor classes near the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, allowing students to practice in one of Jupiter’s most beautiful waterfront settings. Outdoor classes may be adjusted due to weather.
